Prompt recall now injects up to 15 memories instead of 5, at the existing 0.55 similarity threshold.

• Search: the v5 search requests limit: 15 (threshold stays 0.55), and the hook's MAX_RESULTS is 15 so legacy /v4/profile results get the same cap.
• Deduplicator: hits whose text is identical after whitespace normalization are dropped within a batch before the cap, so duplicates don't spend slots. It uses the same hash as the existing cross-session dedup, so recalled.json files from earlier versions stay valid.
• Release: version bumped to 0.1.14 in package.json, package-lock.json, plugin.json, and latest.json.

Added a unit test covering in-batch dedup and the 15-result cap. derives one canonical repo tag from the git remote fails on main too and is unrelated.
