Summary

The non-grammar half of #328, at the versions dependabot proposed:

• rstest 0.27 → 0.28 (the only manifest change, root Cargo.toml)
• lockfile only: serde_json 1.0.154, thiserror 2.0.21, sha2 0.11.1, interprocess 2.4.6, rustix 1.1.5, unicode-normalization 0.1.26, rmcp 3.5.1 (rmcp-macros 3.6.0), tokio 1.53.3, tokio-util 0.7.20, tokio-stream 0.1.19, reqwest 0.13.5, futures-* 0.3.34, http-body-util 0.1.5, libc 0.2.191

The grammar half (tree-sitter 0.27.1, tree-sitter-language 0.1.9, and the cfml, erlang, php, scala and swift grammars) is left out: it changes extraction, and tree-sitter-swift 0.7.4 alone fails the swift golden (golden_reextract.rs:161, the #328 CI failure). It will land with the next extraction-version bump, where the goldens are regenerated.

Testing

• The 24 changed lockfile packages match build(deps): bump the cargo group across 1 directory with 21 updates #328's non-grammar changes exactly; no grammar package moved.
• make pre-ci passed locally through the pre-push hook (full make check, make ui-check, release archive smoke).
