Summary

• add project-local Codex MCP/config/instructions/skill installation with location-aware detect, print, and uninstall
• add init --yes and one-shot install --yes --init bootstrap semantics
• make bare stdio MCP startup deterministically adopt one indexed workspace child, report sorted ambiguity, and retry discovery after index creation
• keep HTTP global/no-path behavior unchanged and preserve explicit projectPath precedence
• update the canonical CodeGraph skill and English/Chinese CLI/MCP documentation
