Summary

• port upstream graph-correctness fixes for Erlang arity, Rust impl ownership and self-field calls, JS/TS object-literal namespaces, inherited TypeScript aliases, plain-derived C++ headers, Python import aliases, Lua function expressions, and .xsjs / .xsjslib imports
• reload config.toml, codegraph.json, and root .gitignore in the running watcher, atomically replace scope, reconcile watch targets, and remove/readmit files as scope changes
• raise extraction version once from 11 to 12, expand the affected golden corpora, add the new Lua golden, and document ordinary sync migration
• update the canonical Skill and English/Chinese CLI, MCP, language, architecture, and equivalence documentation

• extraction 11 project upgraded to 12 with ordinary codegraph sync
• golden/equivalence suite: 40 passed
• full workspace tests, including MCP HTTP/stdio, watcher reload, sync-vs-force, installer, lease, and Windows handle contracts
