Record the published agent-collab 7.0.9/runtime 5.0.12 release and its verified installation results. The root README and architecture handbook now identify the exact signed tag, release workflow and assets, complete 184-file comparisons on four ARM installations plus native Intel Codex, and five fresh installed native confirmations. Earlier failed or incomplete attempts remain historical; existing conversation skill loading remains unverified.

All current handbook pages were reviewed for substance. Updated: root README, handbook index, capabilities, lifecycle, repository/release architecture, project estimation, Claude participation, and status/evidence. Verified current: system context and governance/authority. Historical: earlier release snapshots and dated source audits. Package README and generated CHANGELOG are verified current at the signed tag and remain untouched. Exactly one current What's-new showcase remains. A new fragment records this documentation correction; the immutable release and all package files remain unchanged.

Validation: skill/marketplace parity, release consistency, version-bound maintenance verifier, active-tree/full-local-history public-export check, secret scan, both public unittest suites, changelog dry-run and diff whitespace. The documentation test initially required the established release-evidence wording; that wording was restored without changing tests. Required CI and all available review surfaces will be checked before normal protected merge. This Tier 1 factual closeout requires no new model approval. Per the operator's explicit instruction, supplementary automated security review is not a release gate; any actual findings are still adjudicated, and unfinished supplementary states are not called clean.
