Compile the approved release-note fragments into
CHANGELOG.mdfor agent-collab 7.0.9. This is the mechanical pre-tag compilation required by the canonical release path after distribution PR #235;CHANGELOG.mdis the sole changed file.Validation: canonical compiler run and idempotent
--check, release consistency, public-export and secret checks, andgit diff --check. The plugin subtree and its qualified canonical archive remain unchanged. Required CI and a fully paginated inventory of available review surfaces are required before ordinary protected merge. This deterministic Tier 1 compiler output requires no additional AI approval; supplementary automatic review states remain recorded without being represented as completed. This PR does not itself create a tag, publish assets, install a host or establish installed qualification. Per the operator’s explicit instruction for this release, the supplementary automated Codex security review is not a release gate; its state remains separately recorded and any actual findings remain subject to adjudication.author: Codex
