P1 Badge Update the test's expected setup-uv pin

With this new SHA, test_release_provisions_pinned_uv_before_schema_validation still searches for the removed v10.1.0 SHA and raises ValueError. The release workflow runs this test suite in its deterministic release gates, so every tagged release will abort before the archive is built until the test expectation is updated (or made pin-agnostic).
