release.yml runs with id-token: write for npm trusted publishing, so a moved tag on a third-party action could publish under this package's identity. Pin all actions in both workflows to full SHAs, keep the version in a comment, and let Dependabot propose monthly updates.

The release workflow has
id-token: writefor npm trusted publishing.pnpm/action-setup@v4was referenced by a movable tag, so a compromised or retagged release of that action could run with publishing rights. This pins every action inci.ymlandrelease.ymlto a full commit SHA (same v4 major, version kept in a comment) and adds Dependabot forgithub-actionsso the pins are updated monthly.changesets/actionwas already pinned.
