Before development I spent 15+ years running hospitality operations, which is why I care about real problems, real users and things that work.
- Probell Nutrition: live client site for a supplement brand. Astro, Vercel, HubSpot forms.
- Basketball club site: self-initiated rebuild of a basketball club website. Astro with strict TypeScript, Hygraph headless CMS over GraphQL with generated types, Tailwind 4. Built with structured Claude Code skills.
- React Native app: (in progress)
- Next up: a restaurant costing tool. Photograph supplier invoices, build recipes, get cost, GP margin and sell price.
- I plan with Claude, build with Claude Code, then review, test and refine myself
- I've moved from heavy spec-driven development to goal-focused tasks, with more of my time spent reading and testing the code
- I prototype in Lovable or v0 so Claude Code has a clear design spec to build from
