Upgrades the sn-operator Helm chart to v0.20.16 and aligns coordinator CRDs with the updated operator API.
Changes:
- Bumps chart version to 0.20.4 and application version to v0.20.16.
- Adds pod resource, service-account, volume-mount, and volume configuration schemas.
