Linux workflow jobs now request a disposable AWS CodeBuild worker. This removes their dependency on GitHub-hosted compute and avoids serializing them behind the warm EC2 runner. Existing workflow events, commands, secrets, environments, and native-platform selectors are preserved.
Validation: YAML round-trip and semantic comparison confirm the routing changes and single-directory GOPATH normalization preserve workflow commands and events. The shared pool passed ten worker smoke jobs and Docker registry cache restore on a fresh worker. Repository checks still need to complete before merge. Cache/artifact and native-platform migration are tracked separately.
