docs: document ARM support for host and container attacks - #214

ARM support was only mentioned in a parenthesis in the host section of the compatibility page and nowhere in the install guides, so it was easy to miss. - add a "Supported CPU Architectures" section to the compatibility page covering both container and host attacks, multi-arch images, packages for both architectures, and mixed clusters - note the x86-64/ARM packages on the Linux install page - note the multi-architecture images on the Kubernetes and Docker Compose install pages - keep Windows marked as x86-64 only
