feat: ontology network view on the main graph's 2D canvas - #409

Replace the 3D ontology view with the Neo4j-style canvas used by the main graph, and make it the default; the dagre tree stays as the hierarchy view. Types are coloured by top-level branch, CHILD_OF draws as a quiet dashed skeleton, root spokes are left out of the full view, and captions follow height/centrality rank. The canvas gains a standalone mode (layoutKey, controlled selection), fanned self-loops, and readable edges between a focused node's neighbors.
