Deny Clippy's inconsistent_struct_constructor lint #1273

Okay it seems like we already deny that via the
pedantic = "deny"catch-all, but we currently don't enforcecheck-inconsistent-struct-field-initializers, because that can lead to borrow issues.I'm also not quite certain if this lint also applies to destructures.
I would be happy to enable that lint in a follow-up PR.
