Airflow (and Superset) currently have a single field credentialsSecret in the CRD. This points at a Secret which contains credentials for various different "roles": Airflow admin user, Redis user, database password etc.

This issue is about splitting up this field into multiple fields. One per "function".

This will also fix another issue: #349
