The landing page leads with implementation details and a static live-looking card. It gives visitors little sense of Energyplan or how FTW proves that equipment follows a command.

This change starts with the home: supported equipment works together through a shared plan, local Core control and clear device feedback. It adds Energyplan and control sections, real screenshots from the public simulated demo, and a working mobile menu. Install guidance, expert Lua access and the separate AGPL/Energyplan terms stay visible. Metadata follows the same story. The old arbitrage mode names appear in neither copy nor images.

Validation: inspected desktop and 320px mobile views; all images loaded and the narrow layout had no horizontal overflow. Checked menu links, Escape closing and focus return, local image paths, HTML anchors, JavaScript syntax and git diff --check. Screenshots show simulated data, not measured savings or a worker benchmark. Copy follows current Core vision, roadmap, Energyplan contract, OCPP documentation and the beta changelog.

This branch preserves the contributor commits from #8 (OCPP) and #9 (roadmap links), with their changes integrated into the new layout and current licensing copy. Their PRs remain open for owner review.

FTW ships an OCPP 1.6J + 2.0.1 central system, so a charger that speaks
either connects with no Lua driver. The site never said so — a visitor
asking "do I need a driver for my charger?" had no way to find out.

Folded into the existing integrations card rather than a seventh one: the
capability grid is repeat(3, 1fr), so a seventh card would leave a single
card stranded on its own row.
