Replaces the `v0.7.0-rc.1` pin from #15 with the release tag on `main`: `v0.7.1` (`70af9c7`), which adds exclusions, the store-backed breaker, the HMAC sealer, js-compute shims and the route index; nothing here changes behaviour, since the persisting breaker wraps the same machine. Typecheck, 61 tests and the build pass; the Function stays at 8,379 bytes.
