Add a note to the metadata schema appendix about Oracle's
INITRANSsetting when usingSERIALIZABLEtransactions. The note links to Oracle's isolation-level guidance and explains that the sample DDL leaves this setting to database defaults, so it may need to be adjusted for the workload.Validation:
