Summary

  • Document installing the Speakeasy Salesforce application and the required support handoff to complete OAuth.
  • Keep a separate setup path for creating a Salesforce External Client App and configuring manual credentials.
  • Cover seven hosted MCP server families with fourteen production/sandbox endpoints, including product-specific requirements and the Data 360 sandbox URL pattern.
  • Update the research dossier and metadata following the repository guide conventions.

Validation

  • Salesforce guide validator passed: cd go && go run -ldflags=-linkmode=external ./cmd/lint-guide ../guides/salesforce
  • git diff --check passed.
  • Read-only review found no technical fidelity, doctrine, or reader-achievability issues.

Limitations

  • Package installation and OAuth connectivity have not been live-tested.
  • Packaged-app OAuth setup requires Speakeasy support; no unverified installation UI or support channel is invented.

<!-- screenshot-exception: no verified installation screen is available; use the exact installation link rather than a fabricated UI description -->
