Recognize valid Pi worker completion without accepting another worker or hiding incomplete workflow outcomes.

What changed

• Correlate synchronous results and asynchronous notices with exact dispatched workers.
• Verify child identity, assignment, terminal state and parent-event order.
• Supply verified native completion to same-stage route grading.
• Preserve recorder and native-worker checks during stack integration.

Evidence

• Independent full-stream and adversarial probes: 10/10 subtests passed. Combined local suites retained only the installed-host resolver failure.
• Full tip CI exposed a chronology-observer false positive: a grep containing gate-prepare text was treated as a gate invocation.
• Pi work is deferred. Restacked above Honor workflow-declared same-stage revision without mandatory reviewer machinery #801 with a byte-identical combined tree; this PR is not cleared for merge.
