Keep headings and
Path:lines inside fenced examples in the current page when parsingllms-full.txt. This preserves examples in Sourcey 3.7.1's readable exports instead of treating literal documentation syntax as a new page. The correction handles backtick and tilde fences in both consumers. Prepare the approved Python 0.1.7 and JavaScript 0.1.4 patches.
Validation: Python unit tests (10), JavaScript typecheck and tests (10), both package builds, and Python distribution metadata checks pass. Adversarial examples exercise page-looking metadata inside several fence lengths.
