Adds USAP to the AI section — it fits the section's scope exactly (tools leveraging AI/LLMs/agentic workflows for security across DevSecOps).
USAP is an open-source (Apache-2.0) cybersecurity agent runtime: 79 skills + 12 orchestrator agents exposed via MCP, with a typed 11-field output contract, an enforced resolvable-evidence gate (every verdict must cite a resolvable source), connector-agnostic routing to downstream security tools, and human-approval gating for mutating actions. Includes appsec/DevSecOps skills (secure-SDLC, SAST/DAST coordination, supply-chain risk, pipeline security). Stdlib-only. Added as a table row per the section format.
