This PR implements four focused enhancements to the Soroban Testkit Interface command builder, adding advanced copy options and workflow management features.

Issue #141: Reset to defaults for active workflow

• Added workflow-specific reset button that restores only the current workflow's default values
• Preserves global settings while resetting workflow-specific parameters
• Includes confirmation dialog for user safety

Issue #143: One-click restore for previous commands

• Implemented command history tracking (stores last 10 configurations)
• Added restore button with disabled state when no history available
• Shows count of available previous commands in button label
• Automatically saves to history when copying commands

Issue #144: Copy command with explanatory comments

• Added new copy option that includes inline comments explaining each flag
• Comments describe what each parameter does in plain language
• Formatted for easy readability and learning
• Useful for documentation and onboarding

Issue #145: Copy as reusable shell script

• Generates complete bash scripts with shebang and error handling
• Includes variable declarations for easy customization
• Adds workflow metadata and timestamps
• Scripts are immediately executable with proper exit codes

Accessibility

All new features are keyboard-accessible:

• Buttons include proper ARIA labels and descriptions
• Disabled states are clearly indicated
• Live regions announce copy actions to screen readers
• Tooltips provide context for button states

Testing

• Added comprehensive unit tests for new formatting functions
• Tests verify correct output for all three workflows (coverage, limits, audit)
• Tests validate default value handling and edge cases
• Build passes successfully

Documentation

• Updated README.md with feature descriptions
• Added inline code comments
• All functions include JSDoc-style descriptions
