Description
Expose existing Bailly RLM read methods through the public ELSFP method names used by common
cpoutil. The adapters cover module information, status, DOM values, thresholds, and per-lane monitor reads.The change only calls existing RLM read APIs and translates their returned fields. It does not add EEPROM write logic, new RLM control methods, ELS reset, low-power setters, Tx-disable setters, or per-laser state implementations.
