Rector 2.6.2 removed the per-version PHPUnit sets, so
PHPUnitSetList::PHPUNIT_100no longer exists and the Rector job fails in all projects:e.g. https://github.com/sonata-project/SonataBlockBundle/actions/runs/36982845118/job/110761066433
All projects have already been migrated to PHPUnit 10+, so the set can simply be dropped (from the project template and from dev-kit's own
