[2.0] @solidjs/html - <textarea /> parsing error when self closing

Describe the bug

For raw text elements like textarea wrapped in an element.

html`<div><textarea /></div>`

The tokenizer does not exit raw text mode for self closing tags causing the the parser to show an unclosed tag error.
