MPT-25923 disable Claude Code attribution in commits and PRs - #100

Add a shared project .claude/settings.json that clears the Claude Code commit and PR attribution and disables the session URL, so commits and pull requests created with Claude Code carry no co-author trailer. Track only .claude/settings.json and keep .claude/settings.local.json and the rest of .claude/ ignored for personal settings and worktrees.
