Hi @Fragmike you use the Climate Action in the Automation builder. To find the modes for your HVAC you need to use the developers tools in HA (config/developer-tools) and look up the device info since it varies.
It should look something like this:
hvac_modes: off, heat_cool, cool, dry, fan_only, heat
min_temp: 16
max_temp: 30
target_temp_step: 0.5
fan_modes: Auto, Low, LowMid, Mid, HighMid, High
preset_modes: none, quiet, powerful, heat_8_15
