Description

Administrators can edit the built-in Networks shelf by adding TMDB network IDs, changing order, removing entries, restoring defaults, or saving an empty list. The editor requires a usable TMDB logo, and the server validates the complete list before storing it. Other Discover slider data keeps its existing size limit.

This adds the admin guide, API description, and release note.

AI assistance: OpenAI Codex assisted with implementation, documentation, and verification. The maintainer directed the scope and authorized the changes.

How Has This Been Tested?

• pnpm exec vitest run server/lib/discoverNetworks.test.ts server/routes/settingsDiscover.test.ts server/routes/discover.openapi.test.ts — 34 tests passed.
• pnpm build — passed; includes translation checks, current-batch and shared-style checks, and Next/server builds.
• Focused ESLint and Prettier checks — passed.
• pnpm attribution:check — passed.
• Hosted validation on this head passed unit tests, all six Cypress shards, Playwright, CodeQL, translations, and build checks.
• Cypress Networks scenario — passed, including add, reorder, save, reload, and reset. The full Discover customization spec had one intermittent local wait timeout; the exact-head hosted Cypress run subsequently passed all six shards.

Visually inspected the editor at desktop and 390×844. The form controls fit on one row at the narrow width. No screenshots or runtime data are included in the repository.
