This PR updates the OpenTelemetry Collector configs used by the framework’s observability docker-compose setups to export the collector’s own self-telemetry metrics into the existing OTLP receiver, so they flow through the normal metrics pipeline/exporters.
Changes:
- Configure
service.telemetry.metrics.readerswith a periodic OTLP HTTP/protobuf exporter targetinghttp://localhost:4318. - Apply the same self-telemetry push configuration to both the default compose stack and the VictoriaMetrics compose stack.
