This pull request removes
OpenTracingTracerfrominternal/slackcontext/slackcontext.gofor maintainers, because the Godeadcodetool reports it as unreachable. Less unused code to read and keep compiling.OpenTracingTracerfrominternal/slackcontext/slackcontext.gointernal/slackcontext/slackcontext_test.go, which only tested this functionTesting
