Summary

This pull request moves CI to Python 3.15 and replaces ruff.yml with a single .github/workflows/ci.yml workflow named CI, matching the other Bolt for Python samples.

  • lint job: ruff check . and ruff format --check . on Python 3.15. The job was previously named build.
  • No test or typecheck job yet: tests/ holds no tests, and mypy is not set up for this project.

Testing

  • Confirm the CI / lint check appears and passes in this PR.
  • Ran ruff check . and ruff format --check . on a local Python 3.15.0 venv with requirements.txt installed: passed.

Replace ruff.yml with ci.yml (CI) holding a lint job (ruff check and ruff format --check) on 3.15, matching the other Bolt for Python samples. The job is now lint instead of build.
