Ready for review. Merge only as part of the public binary rollout with shpitdev/pkgbuilds#28 and the concurrent Tabex release-dispatch change. The first public mirror must not be published until the Native Messaging implementation/version is merged and release-authorized. This PR does not publish a release and leaves the current v0.0.11 formula unchanged.
