Fix NoSuchMethodError in StoreItemDetailActivity by upgrading Compose to 1.7.5

Summary

The app was experiencing a fatal NoSuchMethodError crash in StoreItemDetailActivity due to an incompatibility between Sentry SDK 8.51.0 and Compose 1.6.3. Sentry's Compose instrumentation calls Composer.shouldExecute(ZI)Z, a method that was introduced in Compose 1.7.0. Since the app was using Compose 1.6.3, this method didn't exist at runtime, causing the crash.

This PR upgrades Compose from version 1.6.3 to 1.7.5, resolving the compatibility issue with Sentry SDK 8.51.0.
