Refuse MARKETING Templates in the Claude Messaging Guidance - #20

The Sent server refuses MARKETING-category templates on hosted Claude connections, alongside the one-recipient cap and the send quota. The Claude adapter's messaging skill now says so and tells the agent to check the template's category before the preview and hand marketing sends to the Dashboard or the REST API, rather than pick a different template itself.
