Release-delivery review: all 85 non-generated changed files match the merged canonical source byte-for-byte (excluding regenerated release-notes metadata and bun.lock). This export contains no changes to apps/desktop or release workflows, so the signed-runtime and IPC-probe repairs from #169/#170 are preserved. CLI team routing and its parity tests, declared dashboard test dependencies, and the patch changeset are present. The private PR passed full feature checks, publication safety, and clean OSS-export verification before merging; public platform/packaging checks are still running.

Packaging preflight is now verified locally on the feature candidate: 4,279,809 packed bytes, 20,561,443 unpacked bytes, 1,431 files. Installed-tarball smoke passed with SQLite migrations, native DuckDB persistence, CLI help, and daemon status. Removed only generator snapshots, Storybook examples, and README animations from npm payload; existing size limits and signed Desktop gates are unchanged. This is the consolidated candidate for the next release.
