Describe your changes and provide context
This PR copies the LittDB database into the sei repo with as few modifications as possible. The original source code was in a production ready state in the other repo, and is therefore safe to merge without a line-by-line review.
Things don't build yet, and so I've intentionally excluded the LittDB files from
make build/make lintand similar commands. I will fix the build issues in a separate PR. That fix PR and all future PRs will be reviewed like normal PRs.Testing performed to validate your change
