Description

Remove some unused files or dependencies currently being included in the Docker image:

• The SWC binary loaded by the next.config.ts could be avoided with a non-TS config (next.config.mjs).
• We can remove ts-node (peer dependency from TypeORM), @swc+core and typescript from the dependencies now that @svgr/webpack is moved to devDependencies
• We can clear .map files in the Dockerfile, this will not impact anything.
• We can remove the src/ and server/ folders (already included in the next build)
