Release v0.2.0 hit GitHub’s unauthenticated API rate limit while
arduino/setup-protocresolved version 24.x. Pass the workflow’s GitHub token to all three setup steps so CI and publishing use the authenticated quota. The action explicitly providesrepo-tokenfor this purpose.Validation: actionlint,
git diff --check, and all three GitHub CI jobs pass, including authenticated protoc setup, MSRV, tests/lint/package/manifests, and the production container. No crate or runtime code changes; the validated v0.2.0 tag is preserved. The failed release job will be retried independently.
