Add branch name to track #1

I tested to run two OpenCode instances on two different branches of my worktree, while tracking both sessions in the trace explorer. In the current state it is very difficult to distinguish which sessions belong to which branch session. Simply adding the branch name the session works on would probably help here a lot :)
