add 2 tabs of js sdk samples for openAI

Added [JavaScript SDK] tabs to the foundation model tutorial for the two sections where @sap-ai-sdk/foundation-models has client support:

• GPT-4.0-mini — using AzureOpenAiChatClient
• text-embedding-ada-002 / text-embedding-3-small / text-embedding-3-large — using AzureOpenAiEmbeddingClient

Other model sections (Claude, LLAMA, Titan, Gecko, Mistral, etc.) were not covered as no JS SDK client exists for those providers yet.
