- 统一 CanonicalHost/CanonicalRequestHost（IDNA Punycode + ASCII 小写），修复大小写、中文与 Punycode Host 查找不一致导致 403 - 保存期 CheckDomainOccupied：同归一域名+同端口跨站互斥，BindMoreHost 跨站抢占拦截 - 同站 BindMoreHost 禁止中文与 Punycode 等 canonical 重复（如 测试.com + xn--0zwm56d.com） - 引擎路由表 canonical key、按 HostSafe 指针清理、先到先得冲突告警；修复路由注册失败时 HostCode/宽松端口 stale Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
