async spidev

I would like to have an async spidev interface, my question is could I make a pull request that implements this as a feature on this crate. Or would you prefer if I make my own crate like spidev-async or something?

At this time there is no async I/O support; everything is purely synchronous.

I doubt this is possible, at least without thread-pooling.
