Motivation
Keep the repository's shared agent skills current and add the documentation guidance from rstackjs/agent-skills.
Changes
Install
rstack-docs-writerusing theskillsCLI, updatecreate-draft-release-notesandpr-creatorfrom upstream, and refreshskills-lock.json. EnableINSTALL_INTERNAL_SKILLS=1when updating so internal skills are discovered.Validation:
git diff --check, Prettier check forskills-lock.json, and the commit formatting hook passed. Confirmed all three managed skills withskills list; runtime tests were not run because only skill documentation and its lockfile changed.
