Consolidate the playground's separate build, lint, formatting, and Git hook setup on Rstack CLI 0.7.2, using a shared
rstack.config.tsandrsscripts. CI now runsrs check, and pre-commit runsrs stagedto fix and format staged files.Preserve the existing TypeScript lint scope and formatting style, retain Prettier for runtime formatting, and add Rstack VS Code settings and the documentation skill. Pin Node.js 24.16.0 in
