Summary
This PR migrates the repository's build, test, lint, formatting, and Git hook workflows to Rstack CLI so they share one version-matched toolchain and configuration. It consolidates the standalone configs into
rstack.config.ts, updates the playground to users buildandrs devwith a source import, and replacessimple-git-hooksandlint:writewithrs hooksandrs staged. It also updates CI and VS Code integration and installs the version-matchedrstack-cli-docsSkill.Related Links
