Summary
This PR consolidates the repository's build, test, lint, formatting, staged-file, and Git hook workflows on Rstack CLI.
It moves the standalone configurations into
rstack.config.ts, updates the playground to load the plugin directly fromsrc/index.ts, and installs the unified Rstack editor and documentation Skill integration.The package continues to emit the same ESM, CJS, and declaration outputs.
