Summary
This PR migrates the repository tooling to Rstack CLI so builds, tests, linting, formatting, staged checks, and Git hooks share one configuration.
It consolidates the standalone configs into
rstack.config.ts, updates the playground and VS Code integration, and adoptsrstack0.7.2 with Rsbuild 2.2.2.There are no public plugin API changes.
