Locked RGB capture in beta.18 could finish reading the image and then reject its explicit-override source label. A later 1× held round also validated the already modified first-round plan against the original 4× contract. This change validates recorded overrides at both consumers and uses the original plan when preparing another round, preserving the controller, infrared, journal and transport checks.
Bundles published CoolscanPy 0.7.11, refreshes the authenticated source pins, and adds beta.19 release notes. Existing app-specific driver differences remain limited to the same eight reviewed files.
Validation: focused exposure regressions, existing two-round 1×→1× / 4×→4× / 1×→4× tests, source identity and lock checks, signed package/relocation checks. A real LS-5000 ED/SA-30 completed two CLI-only 4000 dpi, 16-bit RGBI, 1× captures of frame 2. Both receipts verified; locked RGB matched across passes, infrared remained metered, capture paths were distinct, and the no-clipping check passed. Host stopped without ejecting. This does not qualify other scanner models or the full physical calibration campaign.
