[PARSE BUG]: file produced wineg++ by wine windows.h

Problem description

Many errors when parsing next file produced by:

windows.txt

wineg++ -E -P --std=c++11 /opt/wine-stable/include/wine/windows/windows.h > windows.txt

$ wine --version
wine-10.0

C++ code that can't be parsed correctly (please double-check that https://robotpy.github.io/cxxheaderparser/ has the same error)
